What To Bring To Orientation

You will need to ensure that you bring the following to the orientation:

Valid Driver's License

Hunting License CID#

A fully filled out and signed Waiver - Download a fillable PDF below.

$75 in CASH or CHECK (Made out to Hot Springs Village POA or HSVPOA)

Bow Hunting Hold Harmless Agreement - 2025-fil (pdf)

YOU MUST ATTEND THE HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE QUALIFIER IN ORDER TO HUNT! NO EXCEPTIONS!

NO STANDS, CAMERAS, BAIT, OR FEEDERS CAN BE PLACED PRIOR TO THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUGUST 9 ORIENTATION. IF YOU ARE FOUND DOING SO, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR HUNTING PRIVELEGES FOR THE 25-26 SEASON.
